Before Vehicle Release

• A valid Driver's License is required.
• One additional valid government-issued ID is required.
• A recent electricity bill or water bill is required for address verification.
• Staff may take a customer verification photo before vehicle release.
• The rental agreement must be signed before vehicle release.

Vehicle Monitoring and Return

• Vehicles may be equipped with GPS tracking for fleet security and operational monitoring.
• Staff will perform a short inspection before vehicle return is finalized.
• Customers should remain at the office until the inspection is completed.

Damage, Accidents, and Responsibility

• Accidents, theft, major mechanical issues, or other serious incidents must be reported to staff immediately.
• Customers must cooperate with documentation, inspection, and review.
• Liability for damage will be determined after review of the incident and inspection findings.
• If the customer is found responsible, repair and related costs are chargeable to the customer.
• If the assigned driver or company staff is found responsible, the related cost will be handled by the company.

Vehicle Use Rules

• Vehicles must not be used for illegal activity, racing, sub-rental, or by unauthorized drivers.
• Traffic violations, parking penalties, towing fees, and similar charges during the rental period are the customer's responsibility unless clearly caused by staff or the assigned driver.
• The vehicle must be returned in acceptable condition, subject to normal wear and tear.

Availability, Extension, and Rebooking

• If the reserved vehicle is not ready for deployment, staff may offer a backup unit or another available unit, subject to availability.
• Reservation extensions are subject to vehicle availability and staff approval.
• Extension requests should be handled before the scheduled return date whenever possible.
• Vehicle changes and rental-date rebooking must be handled at the office.

Overdue and Non-Return

• Late returns may result in additional charges based on current overdue or extension rules.
• If no approved extension exists, staff may treat the reservation as overdue and take follow-up action.
• Failure to return the vehicle as agreed may lead to penalties, recovery action, and reporting to the proper authorities when necessary.

Payments, Cancellation, and Refunds

• Walk-in payment reservations must be paid within 24 hours of reservation creation.
• If payment is not received within 24 hours, the reservation may be cancelled by staff.
• Refund timing rules are shown in the refund request section and remain subject to staff review and approval.
