2. Reservation and Rental Data
We process reservation dates, selected vehicles, booking identifiers, payment method, driver option, reservation status, rebooking details, cancellation records, overdue records, and related rental workflow data so the system can operate properly.
The reservation workflow also stores uploaded Driver's License images, including front and back images, when they are submitted through the website.
3. Payment and Refund Data
We process online checkout and payment workflow data, walk-in payment status fields, refund request details, payout information, and uploaded refund receipts for payment handling, review, and recordkeeping.
4. Incident and Review Data
The system may store incident reports, uploaded incident evidence, maintenance-related records, customer reviews, and related profile or avatar references where those features are used.
5. Communications and Verification
The system may send signup OTP emails, password reset emails, reservation notices, refund-related messages, incident updates, overdue notices, and other operational communications using the configured email services.
6. How We Use Information
Collected information is used to create and manage accounts, authenticate users, process reservations, handle payments and refunds, support incident and maintenance workflows, manage reviews, send operational notices, and enforce current business rules.
7. Sharing and Access
Information is primarily used within operational workflows. Authorized administrators and staff may access account, reservation, payment, refund, incident, and review data as needed to manage the platform and resolve issues.
Payment-related workflow data may also be processed through the configured payment provider or related integration used by the platform.
8. Data Retention and Security
Records may be retained as long as reasonably necessary for operations, payment and refund handling, dispute review, audit trails, maintenance history, and enforcement of business rules. Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to protect stored information, but no platform can guarantee absolute security.
