Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the platform, including account registration, vehicle browsing, reservation requests, rentals, refunds, incident reporting, reviews, and related features.

Last updated: March 23, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, making a reservation, submitting a refund or incident request, or using any part of the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the website or related rental services.

2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You must provide accurate information during signup and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access. Accounts may be limited, suspended, or blacklisted under current business rules when misuse, policy violations, or other operational concerns are identified.

3. Reservation and Rental Rules

Reservations are subject to vehicle availability, pricing, rental conditions, and staff review where applicable. Customers must review booking details carefully before confirmation, including rental dates, payment method, total amount, and whether the reservation is made with or without driver service.

Some vehicles may be reserved with driver service, while motorcycles are available without driver only. Driver assignment may also be subject to staff or administrative handling based on the current workflow.

The platform or staff may refuse, cancel, or modify reservations when necessary for availability, maintenance, policy enforcement, safety concerns, account restrictions, or suspected misuse.

4. Required Documents and Vehicle Release

Driver's License images are required in the reservation workflow. Before vehicle release, staff may also require one additional valid government-issued ID, a recent utility bill for address verification, a customer verification photo, and a signed rental agreement.

5. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

The system supports both online payment and walk-in payment workflows. For walk-in payment reservations, payment must be completed within 24 hours of reservation creation or the reservation may be cancelled by staff.

Cancellation and refund handling follows the current refund policy: cancellations made 5 or more days before the rental date may qualify for a full refund, cancellations made 4 to 2 days before may qualify for a 70% refund, and cancellations made 1 day before, on the rental date, or after are not eligible for refund. Refund requests remain subject to staff review and approval.

6. Rebooking, Extensions, Overdue, and Non-Return

Vehicle changes and rental-date rebooking are handled at the office. Reservation extensions are subject to vehicle availability and staff approval, and extension requests should be made before the scheduled return date whenever possible.

Late returns may result in additional charges based on current overdue or extension rules. If no approved extension exists, staff may treat the reservation as overdue and take follow-up action. Failure to return a vehicle as agreed may lead to penalties, recovery action, and reporting to the proper authorities when necessary.

7. Vehicle Use, Incidents, and Liability

Vehicles must be used lawfully and safely. Illegal activity, racing, sub-rental, and use by unauthorized drivers are prohibited. Traffic violations, parking penalties, towing fees, and similar charges during the rental period are the customer's responsibility unless clearly caused by staff or the assigned driver.

Accidents, theft, major mechanical issues, and other serious incidents must be reported to staff immediately. Liability for damage will be determined after review of the incident, supporting records, and inspection findings. If the customer is found responsible, repair and related costs are chargeable to the customer. If the assigned driver or company staff is found responsible, the related cost will be handled by the company.

8. Vehicle Availability and Alternate Units

If a reserved vehicle is not ready for deployment, staff may offer a backup unit or another available unit, subject to availability. The company does not guarantee that a replacement vehicle will always be available.

9. Reviews, Communications, and Administrative Actions

The system may allow customers to post reviews under the current review rules. Service-related communications may be sent by email or similar channels, including signup verification, password reset, reservation notices, refund updates, incident notifications, and overdue reminders.

Authorized administrators may review reservations, incidents, refunds, reviews, and account activity to operate the platform, investigate issues, and enforce current policies.

10. Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated version.
